Our version of this traditional holiday sweet bread is gently spiced and dense with fruit. It has the essential roll of almond paste through the centre and a hint of brandy. Enjoy thinly sliced with your afternoon coffee.

A customers' favourite! Enjoy this dense bread packed with fruits and nuts with a slice of aged Cheddar or creamy Stilton, or simply unadorned with a cup of tea.

Brioche not just for breakfast
 Enjoy a delicious savoury brioche fresh from our ovens first thing in the morning or with a bowl of soup for lunch. 
Croque Monsieur Brioche: light, buttery brioche dough wrapped around a filling of Black Forest Ham, shaved Emmenthal Swiss Cheese and creamy Bechemel Sauce. 
Florentine Brioche: light, buttery brioche bough wrapped around a filling of Spinach, Mushrooms, Parmeggiano Reggiano and a hint of garlic.
