The products in the gift and party store change constantly. We will do our
best to find the products you desire.

- What is your return policy?
We will happily accept returns on non-seasonal items as long as they are
in resaleable condition accompanied with a receipt. (We regret we cannot
put seasonal items on hold for more than one business day.)

For special presentations please contact our gift basket department. Materials
priced accordingly.

- Do you loan items to photographers/designers/decorators?
Please talk to the manager if you are interested in borrowing items.

- How do I care for this linen/tableware?
We can supply care instructions for all our linens and tableware. If we
don't have the information at our finger tips, we'll find out from the manufacturer
and let you know.
